Six Sundays. Three and a half hours each.
We will gather on Zoom to breathe, to move, to witness each other with compassion as we practice the art of intentional transformation. You will learn specific Kundalini practices to integrate your experiences, harvest their wisdom, transform your relationship to your thinking, and plant seeds for the abundance you desire.
Each week includes guided practice, teaching, small group circles, and plenty of space to integrate this work into your real life.
