The Sanctuary is a 6-week group immersion—a sacred space for women ready to deepen their transformation. Through weekly live mentorship from life-long teacher, Deva Kaur, layered with Kundalini practices she recommends for your process, and supportive sisterhood, you’ll reconnect with your center, build spiritual momentum, and step into the next evolution of yourself.

  • 6 Weekly Live Group Sessions on ZOOM (120 min each) on Thursday @7-9pm ET

  • Kundalini Yoga + Meditation in each session and discussion based on emergent needs of group

  • Private Group Forum (WhatsApp) during the week

  • Hot seat coaching for each of the individuals as we delve into what is present in our lives.
